Something Funny To Put On A Wedding Card

salad with baby spinach, goat cheese and pear risotto

While waiting Spring, birds chirping, the sun rays warm our days, I suggest a salad that will put you in a good mood!

Ingredients for 2:

shoot 170 g of spinach

3 cl balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons honey Andes

1 cl nut oil

1 / 2 red onion

2 cloves garlic marinated

a nice juicy pear

40 g goat (Quercy goat farmer - Farm of Lauzeral - Gold Medal 2010)

Prepare the sauce: combine vinegar, honey, oil

Add onions and garlic, all finely chopped

Toss with spinach

diced pear and goat

Mix and serve

This sweet and fresh salad accompanied very well with a glass of cider.
